A delightful blend of bittersweet caramel entwined with a nutty, buttery essence. Beehive-like interior, full of little air pockets. The caramel flavor and spongy, airy texture surely makes this cake a lovely afternoon delight.

Re-heating Instructions

Our Honey Comb Cake can be refrigerated for up to a week. To serve, let it rest 1 hour out of the fridge to come to room temp and oven bake at 180C for 10 mins and serve hot.
