How to manage your subscription

Thank you for subscribing to RBR coffee beans. 

If you're on our old system of subscriptions - Purchased before 12th January 2021, please continue to contact us via whatsapp to manage your subscription. 

If you purchased a subscription after 12th January 2021, please read the below instructions to manage your subscription via our systems.

Step 1: Log into your account. If you do not have one, please create one. Our system will integrate your new account with your subscription automatically.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on subscriptions.


Step 3: Click on the invoice number of your subscription.

Step 4: You now are at the subscription management page. You can Pause, Skip, Cancel (after minimum 6 deliveries) or change your payment details.
