This beautiful coffee was hand picked and dried on African beds for 21 days. It is a treat for your tastebuds, with an abundance of tropical fruit. The coffee reminds us of our well loved 'chelbesa' from early 2024, only fruitier and more complex.
Sourced via Nordic Approach, it achieved a 86 point cupping score and wowed us from the get go.
Overall Notes: Tropical candy-like, violet florals, presenting grapefruit, mangoes, tart plums with a honey sweetness.
Roast level: Light medium roast
Recommended rest time: 3 weeks
Brew Methods: Excellent across espresso and filter brew methods (e.g. V60, Origami, Hario Switch, Aeropress, Delter, French Press, etc.)
