The Delter Coffee Press is a unique filter brewer originally conceived to solve the issue of uncontrolled agitation resulting in bitterness. It's unique Jet-Seal shower head separates the coffee grounds from the brew water and allows the barista to inject brew water under pressure at the rate of their choice producing an extremely high clarity brew.

New DIF (Delter Infusion Filter)
Now available as an add-on product. The DIF replaces the Jet-Seal showerhead for a half-immersion, zero-bypass brew. Using this new combination, we've managed to produce 5 minute pre-infusion, zero by-pass brews that are exceptionally sweet and clear. Like no other brew method we've experienced to date!
